1. 參賽資格

國中組： 6-8年級
高中組： 9-12 年級

參賽者可單獨參賽，也可由 2-5 名學生組成團隊參賽（所有團隊成員必須來自同一所學校）。

2. 截止日期和參賽費用

早截止日期： 2025 年 1 月 1 日（每位學生 35 美元）
常規截止日期： 2025 年 2 月 1 日（每位學生 45 美元）
逾期截止日期： 2025 年 3 月 1 日（每位學生 55 美元）

低收入學生可享有費用減免（必須在正常截止日期前透過學校輔導員/校長提出申請）。

賽前：與《哈佛政治評論》進行獨家 Zoom 會議，以提高技能（日期待定）

Choose an international issue that you believe will be influenced by this election outcome.
