1. 参赛资格
- 初中组： 6-8年级
高中组： 9-12 年级
参赛者可单独参赛，也可由 2-5 名学生组成团队参赛（所有团队成员必须来自同一所学校）。
2. 截止日期和参赛费用
- 早截止日期： 2025 年 1 月 1 日（每位学生 35 美元）
- 常规截止日期： 2025 年 2 月 1 日（每位学生 45 美元）
- 逾期截止日期： 2025 年 3 月 1 日（每位学生 55 美元）
低收入学生可享受费用减免（必须在正常截止日期前通过学校辅导员/校长提出申请）。
3. 比赛时间
- 赛前： 与《哈佛政治评论》进行独家 Zoom 会议，以提高技能（日期待定）
- 初赛： 2025 年 3 月 6 日
- 颁奖仪式： 日期待定
4. 奖品和表彰
所有参赛者都将获得参赛证书。

From shifts in global economic partnerships to the ongoing war in Ukraine, the world is watching closely for how the change in administration will shape the coming years. Choose an international issue that you believe will be influenced by this election outcome. 2. 提交须知
- 个人参赛：请根据比赛的题目，选择1题，提交一篇论文。

- 论文格式： 每篇论文 800-1200 词。所有论文必须使用 Times New Roman、12 点字体、双倍行距和 APA 参考文献样式。
