About the Diamond Challenge
The Diamond Challenge, hosted by the University of Delaware Entrepreneurship Program, is a global high school business competition that has attracted more than 4,000 students from 35 countries since its inception in 2012. This competition provides high school students worldwide with hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and valuable opportunities to create, capture, and harvest value from new ideas.
Eligibility: high school students in grades 9-12, aged 14-18. Teams must consist of 2-4 high school students participating in an official high school/secondary educational institution or program challenge within the diamond term. Each team must also have an adult advisor who can provide opportunities to get involved and support the team broadly. Teams may have more than one advisor, but only one advisor may be included in a formal team submission.
This competition is an excellent opportunity for high school students to gain practical experience in entrepreneurship, develop their business skills, and gain recognition for their work on a global stage. For more information about the competition, please visit the Diamond Challenge website.
